We are building a team to create a platform where all European customers can connect, configure and consult all sorts of cross-service items. Customer-centric platform refers to everything related to product-and-service connectivity. Depending on the type of service and product, it covers a wide variety of features such as security, infotainment, insurance, finance and many other online services, as well as in-house platforms that help business management. It also gives customers the ability to connect with their provider via smartphone, so that they are always in touch and on top of things.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:
  • Designing and developing Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Communities Cloud to optimize sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Writing Apex code to create custom business logic and functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Implementing Lightning components and leveraging Lightning framework for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Developing triggers to automate business processes and ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Designing and configuring flows to streamline complex business processes and automate workflows.
  • Conducting Unit Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Following Kanban methodology to prioritize and manage development tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of Salesforce implementations.
  • Providing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and enhance the performance of existing Salesforce implementations.
The minimum we’re looking for (show us what you got if you aren’t a perfect fit):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
  • Advanced English, C1.
  • Proven experience in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Communities Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Strong knowledge of Unit Testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with Kanban methodology for project management and task prioritization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
