What will you do?
- Provide top-tier technical support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by being the main point of contact and addressing inquiries.
- Implement DevOps practices to streamline project development and deployment processes.
- Manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client interactions.
- Proficiency in JAVA/J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular, JavaScript, Tomcat server, REST Web-services, Git, Maven, Docker.
- Experience in access management (OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, LDAP data storage).
- Additional technologies: Aurora AWS, Swagger/OpenAPI, Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Fluent in productive technical communication within an international team and with clients.
- Strong project management skills, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Effective communication in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in relevant technologies, Agile methodologies, or project management is a plus.
- Advanced English Skills (Spanish is not mandatory)
